Training

FR EN
AIR - Atmosphere, Impact & Risk group offers training to pollution and atmospheric dispersion to:
  • government and regulation authorities, air quality monitoring network, local authorities, etc..
  • industrials
  • environmental consultants in charge of impact and safety assessment studies
These courses are organized in the framework of ECL Pro, the professionnal formation service of the Ecole Centrale de Lyon.

Atmospheric Pollution (1 day)

Regulations in force:
  • Regulated pollutants
  • Impact studies and risk
Basics of Meteorology:
  • Atmospheric flow and turbulence
  • Stability phenomenon
  • Influence of complex terrain (terrain, obstacle)
Atmospheric dispersion:
  • Description of atmospheric plume
  • Influence of stability
  • Dispersion in complex terrain
